“Agent Augustus Gibbons has selected an imprisoned former US Navy SEAL Darius Stone, a new agent in the XXX program, travels to Washington D.C., where they track a splinter faction of the U.S. military that attempts to overthrow the U.S. government and assassinate the President, led by Secretary of Defense and former 4-Star General George Deckert, Stone’s former commanding officer whom he once led a mutiny against. Trivia: The car is painted with a special paint, called an “interference pigment”, invented by Flex Products, which appears to change color when viewed from different angles.
Goofs: Continuity: In the final chase between the Cobra car and the train, the speed indicators are frequently desynchronized: when the car is at 240-260 mph on the road (about 10 meters behind), the train is trying to reach 190 mph. Due to the speed difference, the car should have overtake the train than 10 times in this sequence.
